1. Data Collection
Integris Digital Solutions LLC ("we", "us") collects only the minimum data required to perform system diagnostics:
- Contact Information: Name, email address and, if you choose to provide it, a telephone number.
- Enquiry Content: The subject and message you type into the contact form on this website.
- System Data: Hardware specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM) and system logs provided voluntarily by the client.
- Payment Data: Processed securely via our payment processor. We do not store credit card details.
We do not use cookies for advertising, and we run no third-party analytics or tracking scripts on this website.
2. Use of Data
Your data is used solely to:
- Generate custom configuration files.
- Deliver your digital order.
- Provide customer support.
We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
3. Data Retention
System logs submitted for analysis are automatically deleted from our secure servers 7 days after the order is completed to ensure your privacy. Contact enquiries are kept in our email records for up to 24 months, so that we can evidence the scope of work agreed with a client, and are then deleted.
4. Service Providers
Not selling your data does not mean we handle all of it alone. A small number of vetted providers process data strictly on our instructions, and each receives only what its function requires:
- Stripe, Inc. (United States): payment processing. Card details are entered on Stripe's own checkout pages and never reach our systems.
- FormSubmit (form delivery service): submissions from the contact form on this website are relayed through FormSubmit's servers and forwarded to us by email. Name, email address, telephone number, subject and message pass through this service.
- Netlify, Inc. (United States): website hosting. Standard server logs, including IP addresses, are generated when you visit the site.
We remain responsible for your data throughout. If you would prefer that your enquiry not pass through a third-party form service, email us directly at info@integrisdigitalsolution.com instead of using the contact form.
5. Security
Everything you submit through this website travels over TLS (HTTPS), and the site enforces HTTPS-only access. Enquiries reach us as ordinary email, which is not end-to-end encrypted and is stored by our mail provider under its own encryption-at-rest controls rather than ours.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND PASSWORDS, LICENCE KEYS, RECOVERY CODES OR OTHER CREDENTIALS THROUGH THE CONTACT FORM OR BY EMAIL. WE WILL NEVER ASK YOU FOR THEM.
System logs and diagnostic files supplied for an active engagement are held on encrypted storage, and access is limited to the architect assigned to your order.
6. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct data that is inaccurate.
- Ask us to delete your data, subject to any records we must keep for tax or accounting purposes.
- Object to or restrict our processing of your data.
- Lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
We answer every such request within 30 days at no charge.
