1. Digital Goods Nature
Integris Digital Solutions LLC provides digital diagnostic reports and configuration files. Due to the non-returnable nature of these digital goods, all sales are considered final once the files have been delivered to your email address.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only issued under the following specific circumstances:
- If the diagnostic file is not delivered within the guaranteed timeframe (24 hours for Standard, 4 hours for Priority).
- If the delivered configuration file is technically corrupt or unopenable.
- If a duplicate payment was made in error.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Incompatibility due to user providing incorrect hardware specifications during the intake process.
- Failure to follow the installation instructions provided with the configuration pack.
